Thank you for shopping with ProStratum. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment in real time.
How to Track Your Order
- Check your email — Look for a shipping confirmation email from ProStratum sent to the address used at checkout.
- Find your tracking number — It will be clearly listed in the email, usually starting with a carrier code.
- Click the tracking link — Use the link in your email to view live updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
Tracking Not Updating?
Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to activate after your order is dispatched, especially for international shipments. If your tracking number shows no updates after 3 business days, please contact our support team and we'll investigate on your behalf.
Estimated Delivery Times
International orders typically arrive within 7–15 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your destination country and local customs processing times.
