At ProStratum, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items

• Items damaged due to misuse

Process To initiate a return, email us at support@prostratum.shop with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email us at support@prostratum.shop to arrange an exchange.
